Cafe for the Court?

There are many coffee carts in Cambridge, we have a baker (Dorringtons) in the court itself. In the absence of a permanent cafe, could a coffee cart come one day a week - Saturday morning - to create a bit more community feeling in the court? Chairs could be borrowed from the church or the Community Arts building, or the library.

I'd love somewhere I could walk to at the weekends for a coffee / pastry with the option to sit and enjoy it.

obviously dorringtons already supply drinks and food so would be o trouble to expand

@Andrew Milbourn I imagine it would be a case of applying to the council for a change of use so food can be consumed on the premises. It's not just a case of buying chairs and popping them outside.

I have been trying to persuade dorringtons to provide outside chairs at least. The staff are i foavour but can't get any sense out of their senior management as usual

Love this idea! Wouldn't mind a food truck too if it didn't tread on any of Arbury Court's trader's toes, so to speak. A proper cafe would be a game changer for Arbury Court as well.
