Morello Place, Campkin Road
From "Phase 1: Understanding your neighbourhood and establishing a vision (map)"
Go to the project
There are several issues in terms of children's play on the new Morello Place development on Campkin Road - the grass and paths flood, no play facilities have appeared (what happened to the 50k?), the benches are all used by teenagers from CRC to have lunch, which isn't very welcoming for that new community. The only place I've seen children playing in the area in on their balconies and cycling in the car park - please consult with the new residents to see what they need in the area as what is there clearly isn't meeting their needs.
