When scheduling the collaborative workshop in September, it would be prudent to factor in that not everyone can make a limited time slot during working hours. Holding a number of workshops stretching across a decent amount of time across weekdays and weekends, inside and outside of working hours would make this as accessible to a wide range of the community as possible.
Even the location should be considered carefully - why not hold some sessions in the other community centres within the area, that perhaps have better public transport connections?
