Rethought, modernised community facilities

From "Phase 1: Understanding your neighbourhood and establishing a vision (map)"

I think we should rethink community facilities in area to centralise them more, offer a better service and creat efficiencies.

For example, we have a library, GP surgery, major community centre (Arbury) and lots of smaller, less well used or maintained community centres (e.g. Nuns Way, the new one on Campkin Road) and local authority schools and nurseries.

On a new build estate these things would be centralised, such as the library, medical centre, pharmacy and cafe on Clay Farm, the community centre, nursery, primary school and playground in Cottenham, the sports hall, community centre and social club in Fulbourn, the library and health centre in Camborne, etc. I'm sure there are many more.

Our community facilities could work harder, have additional storeys added, etc. and become multi purpose.
