Cherry Hinton Hall car park
Open for comments between Monday 4 and Monday 25 March 2024.
With demand increasing for access to green spaces, we are proposing to introduce pay by phone parking for the cark park at one of our most popular destination parks in the city, Cherry Hinton Hall.
The charges, which will include maximum stay durations, will enable the facility to be used by more people.
It will also ensure it is managed by fair pricing by enabling spaces to be rotated on a regular basis throughout the day, as the park can become extremely busy during peak periods.
With demand for electric vehicle charging increasing, we will seek to invest in charging infrastructure at Cherry Hinton Hall car park in the future, whilst making dedicated provision to help Blue Badge users and families access the park more easily.
The proposed car park charges listed below are now subject your feedback. If approved, the new charges would be implemented by early summer 2024.
