Take part in testing our new website designs

Thank you to everyone who has registered their interest. The survey is now closed.

The Cambridge City Council website is being redesigned to make it easier to navigate and find service information.

We are inviting Cambridge residents and businesses to take part in online testing of the design prototypes. This is to ensure the website works for the people that use it.

The people who take part will receive a £10 Love Cambridge gift voucher as a thank you for their time and effort.

Participants only need:

  • a computer, tablet, or phone with a good internet connection
  • 10 minutes time spare between Monday 16 and Sunday 22 October
  • willingness to give honest feedback

Register your interest by completing the survey.

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

The prototypes are confidential and must not be shared.

Testing will take around 10 minutes to complete online. Users can complete the testing at any time suitable for them between Monday 16 October and Sunday 22 October 2023. The testing link will be shared on Monday 16 October.

The testing software is not compatible with screen readers or other accessibility tools. We will however ensure the website complies with the latest accessibility standard.
